Pokemon Go: Ex-Raids And More Legendary Pokemon!

Yo! Fellow trainers just when things started slowly started to go down today we got a new app update with bug fixes to a few issues related to raids among other things. Niantic just decided to keep the steam running and announcing that the legendary beasts have made it the world of Pokemon Go.

Hell yes, this is something really exciting for the entire Pokemon Go community. With this roll out Niantic has gone a different route announcing different Raid Boss Legendary Beast for different parts of the world.

Starting August 31, the Legendary Pokemon Raikou, Entei, and Suicune will begin appearing in Pokemon GO. Trainers worldwide can look forward to battling these Pokemon together with friends in Raid Battles for the chance to catch the trio of Legendary Pokemon originally from the Johto region. Raikou, Entei, and Suicune will be traveling the world throughout the coming months. From August 31 to September 30, you can find these Legendary Pokemon in the following areas of the world.

Raikou, an Electric-type Legendary Pokemon, can be battled throughout the Americas.

Entei, a Fire-type Legendary Pokemon, can be battled throughout Europe and Africa.

Suicune, a Water-type Legendary Pokemon, can be battled throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Then at the end of the initial duration of one-month on September 30, all three of these Legendary Pokemon will move to a different location and will be available for Trainers to battle with friends until October 31. They will make their final stop in the last remaining location on October 31. Raikou, Entei, and Suicune will be available for this limited time period.

Tldr, We get a staggered release of the legendary beasts trio starting on September-1 and ending on November-30. Just like the legendary birds, these legendary beasts will also be obtainable via raid battles globally.

Moving on to other exciting things to come in the world of Pokemon Go, the product management team at Niantic has also chosen to make a statement on the exclusive raids that were previously announced, but chosen to delay them due to bugs in previous builds of the game.

Exclusive Raids are now being referred to as EX-Raids. While the legendary beasts will be touring the world challenging trainers. The EX-Raids feature will be rolled out a field-testing phase at select Gyms before the feature is made available globally.

These Beta-Phase Tests will be analyzed to make the game more rewarding with time, making the game more rewarding with time. With time, periodic adjustments to EX Raid eligibility requirements, frequency, times, locations, and durations with the goal of making the EX Raid Battle feature engaging, rewarding, and most importantly, fun for Trainers who regularly participate in Raid Battles. The First Wave of these Beta Tests will start rolling out to early adopters as early as the 6th of September.
