10 Shocking Hokage Naruto Facts That Will Blow Your Mind!

Hokage is a title which is given to the village’s leader. It isn’t that if you become Hokage everyone will acknowledge you… It’s the ones who are acknowledged that can become Hokage. Naruto definitely proved that, he is definitely the one worthy of that title.

The above line by Itachi Uchiha is what I think blew the fire inside Naruto even greater and now we all know who the 7th Hokage is. ?

Let’s get into the facts about this little troublemaker turned Hokage!

#1 Hokage Position

Many people think that Naruto is the youngest shinobi ever to become the Hokage but that fact is completely WRONG. Naruto is the 3rd youngest. There’s a dispute between Sarutobi and Minato but those two were titled Hokage before they were 23 years old. Naruto on the other hand was made Hokage when he was 27 years old.

#2 Being a Runt to Tall

When Konoha 11 was formed, Naruto was the shortest guy in the group. After the Kaguya arc, Naruto stands to be the second tallest in the group, Shino being the tallest. Time surely flies fast eh?

#3 Orange Hokage

Orange is a mixture of yellow and red. While the orange ninja wear Naruto always wore and his Kyubi mode which was all orange & black contributes to the factor of associating the color ‘orange’ with Naruto but that’s not all. You might remember that Naruto’s mother Kushina Uzumaki was nicknamed “tomato” and the “Red Hot-Blooded Habanero” while she was in the academy. It was all because of her bright red hair sticking out in the crowd. So we’ve got red, what about yellow? That’s where Minato comes in the picture. Minato’s nick name was “Yellow Flash”. Pretty mind boggling right?

#4 First Jinchuuriki Hokage

Naruto is the first Jinchuuriki who has ever been made ‘Hokage‘. There’s other instances as well in other villages such as Gaara and Yagura as the Kazekage & Mizukage respectively. Normally a jinchuuriki wouldn’t be even considered for a position of Kage unless and until he has perfect 100 % control over the tailed beast, like Gaara and Yagura had. Naruto proved himself to the village and the world by becoming friends with the strongest tailed beast in the history.

#5 Uzumaki Toughness

The jinchuuriki whose tailed beast is extracted is sure to die just shortly after it’s extracted. Like how Gaara died after he was captured by the Akatsuki. There are few exceptions though.

The exceptions are –

• Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki
• Kushina Uzumaki
• Obito Uchiha

and lastly our own hokage, Naruto Uzumaki. Thanks to Kushina’s blood and genes, Naruto survived the extraction and was saved later. Kushina didn’t die as well when Obito summoned Kyubi out of her but was extremely weakened. Hagoromo divided the 10 tails and wasn’t a Jinchuuriki anymore.

#6 October 10

Yeah we know that Naruto’s birthday comes on October 10. What is so mind-blowing about it? Try to think a bit? October 10 was the very same day when the Fourth Great Ninja War had come to an end. You may remember Minato wishing Naruto Happy Birthday and all when edo tensei was released.

#7 Missions

The amount of missions Chunins and Jonins do every year are sometimes even in the hundreds. But our orange Hokage has officially done only 16 missions before becoming Hokage. Maybe you can count defeating Kaguya as a S++ mission but still only 16? Some jonins have done over 500 missions and still aren’t appointed higher ranks.

#8 11 Chakra Releases

Naruto has 3 Kekkei Genkai when he goes into Sage of Six Paths Senjutsu mode, all 5 chakra release plus yin, yang and yin-yang release. In total that’s 11 chakra releases which uptil now no current shinobi has been able to achieve except one pesky ninja. That ninja is Orochimaru. That guy just has ways to obtain anything except a sharingan ?

#9 Talk no Jutsu

Naruto has never killed any of the villains/enemies in a 1 on 1 fight. Either the villains back down or are killed by someone else. If the above doesn’t happens then they ususally just commit suicide later. Don’t tell me you guys forgot about Nagato :p

#10 Senjutsu Mode

He is the only shinobi other than Hashirama who has perfected his Sage mode without turning into the corresponding part animal like how Jiraiya used to. This has helped him splendidly in battles and is way powerful than the other sage modes people use.
