The Fate of The Omniverse After The Tournament of Power in Dragon Ball Super

The Tournament of Power is the current ongoing arc in the Dragon Ball Super anime series. It is one of the biggest events in the entire Dragon Ball series, set up by the Omni King Zeno.

This tournament was set so as to remove the Universes that are too weak to survive. So, all the Universe with low mortal levels are a part of this Tournament. These include Universe 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11.

On the other hand, the remaining Universes of 1, 5, 8, and 12 didn’t have to take part because their average mortal levels was supposedly higher. So, right now, the tournament of power is more than halfway done. I’d say within around 20 more epsiodes the arc will be either over, or we will be near the climax of the arc, which would be very interesting to see.

Whoever wins the Tournament of Power, it is clear that only one Universe can actually survive. So, from the 8 that took part, only 1 will be allowed to actually live. All the rest will be erased from existence by Zeno sama because they’re probably not worthy enough to be watched over according to him.

But, who will be the Universe that wins the Tournament of Power? According to this theory, the Universe that will emerge victorious will be Universe 7. Not because they’ve got all out favourite characters, because them winning it would set up the next part of the Dragon Ball Super series.

Yes, according to this theory, it will be Freeza who will win the Tournament of Power for Universe 7. Knowing Freeza, he will create the biggest havoc that the world has ever known after winning the Tournament.

The terror that the world would face has already been forshadowed in the recent Dragon Ball Super epsiodes, and I really think Freeza will, in one way or another, be involved in the ending of the Tournament of Power. So, when Universe 7 wins, all the other Universes will get erased.

But, knowing Goku, he won’t stop there. After the Tournament of Power will be over, Goku and the rest will go on a journey to revive the Universes that have been erased by Zeno. This won’t be easy, that’s for sure, but it will definitely be the future of Dragon Ball Super after the Tournament of Power.

This will also be very similar to the Namek arc that Dragon Ball Z had after the Saiyan Invasion, only slightly different. But, we know that even though only one Universe will survive, through some way, the others have to come back.
